Terms of Service

1. The services we offer

We offer three remote-support packages for travellers visiting mainland China:

• Basic — One-city trip review (USD 29.90)A written pre-trip review covering hotel location, arrival route, itinerary feasibility, must-book reservations, payment and app readiness, plus up to three free-form questions for one city.
• Advanced — Online concierge (USD 49.90 / day)Online booking help, reservation assistance, screenshot and message interpretation, route advice, and trip-time online support during stated service hours.
• Premium — Local support (USD 99.90 / day)Everything in Advanced plus local pickup coordination and local companion-style experience help, subject to availability.

We may update the scope and pricing of each package; the terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.

2. What we are not

RoamWell China is a travel-support service, not a substitute for medical, legal, police, insurance, or licensed-guiding professionals. We do not log into your accounts, store your card details or passwords, or make payments on your behalf. Availability of hotels, attractions, transport, restaurants, and other third-party services is controlled by those providers, not by us.

3. Order, payment, and delivery

• BasicAvailable for direct purchase. After payment, you submit your trip details through the member-centre form. We deliver the review report by email within five business days of receiving complete materials.
• Advanced and PremiumSold after a short consultation to confirm dates, cities, and scope. A quote is issued before payment.
• PaymentPayments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. Local taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate trip information and respond to clarifying questions in good time.
• Do not upload card numbers, verification codes, account passwords, or full passport scans.
• Hold the visas, travel insurance, and entry documents required for your trip; we can give general pointers but cannot verify or guarantee your eligibility.
• Use our content for your own trip planning; do not resell or redistribute it.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are detailed in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, copy, layout, and the review reports we deliver are owned by RoamWell China or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for your own travel planning.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public-health measures, government action, internet or third-party platform outages, strikes, or transport disruption.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the people's courts with jurisdiction over the registered address of Beijing Tuochenge Information Technology Co., Ltd. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies, that law prevails to the extent of any conflict.
