Refund Policy

Effective date: 17 May 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for RoamWell China services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Basic — One-city Trip Review (USD 29.90)

  • Full refundIf you request a refund within 24 hours of payment AND before you have submitted your trip details, you receive a full refund.
  • Partial refundIf you have submitted trip details but we have not yet started preparing your report, you receive a 70% refund (the balance covers admin and payment-processor fees).
  • No refundOnce we have delivered the review report, the order is non-refundable.

2. Advanced — Online Concierge (USD 49.90 / day)

  • Before service startYou may cancel up to 48 hours before the agreed service start time for a full refund.
  • Within 48 hours of startYou may cancel for a 50% refund.
  • During the service periodUnused full days may be refunded at 70% per remaining day, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Specific tickets, reservations, or platform fees paid to third parties on your behalf are non-refundable once issued, even if the rest of your order is refunded.

3. Premium — Local Support (USD 99.90 / day)

  • Before service startYou may cancel up to 72 hours before the agreed service start time for a full refund minus any third-party costs already paid on your behalf (for example pickup drivers, restaurants, or workshop deposits).
  • Within 72 hours of start50% refund minus third-party costs already paid.
  • During the service periodUnused full days may be refunded at 50% per remaining day with at least 24 hours' notice; partial days are not refunded.

4. Exceptional cases

  • Visa refusal or trip cancellation due to force majeureIf your trip is cancelled due to visa refusal, illness with medical proof, or events beyond your reasonable control, we will make a fair partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • Service failure on our sideIf we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the unfulfilled portion in full, regardless of the standard schedule above.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email ihfantasy@gmail.com from the address used for the order, with the subject "Refund request — [order email]".
  2. Tell us your order date, the package purchased, and the reason for the refund.
  3. We acknowledge refund requests within three business days and complete eligible refunds within seven business days, via the original PayPal payment.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before raising a chargeback or dispute with PayPal. Where a refund is owed, we will pay it directly. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of the order.
