1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Order and contact dataFull name, email, optional WhatsApp / WeChat / Telegram handle, country.
• Trip dataDestination cities, arrival date, number of travellers, hotel options, day-by-day itinerary, uploaded screenshots or PDFs, free-text questions.
• Payment dataProcessed by PayPal. We receive a transaction confirmation, the email tied to the order, and an amount; we do not see or store your card number, CVV, or PayPal login.
• Technical dataIP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and (when enabled) basic analytics.

We ask that you do not upload bank card numbers, verification codes, account passwords, or full passport scans. If you do, we will delete them on receipt.

3. Why we use it

Our legal bases (where GDPR applies) are: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the service:

• Form and email providersFor example Formspree or a similar service for form submissions, and a transactional email service for confirmation emails.
• HostingHostinger International Ltd. hosts the website.
• Professional advisersLawyers, accountants, and auditors, only where strictly necessary.

5. International transfers

Our company is based in China; our website and several of our processors are located outside China. Your information may therefore be transferred across borders. Where the People's Republic of China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws apply, we transfer information only on a lawful basis, including your explicit consent and contractual safeguards with our processors.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and trip data for as long as needed to deliver the service, then for up to 24 months for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your data sooner; we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email ihfantasy@gmail.com from the address associated with your order. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a minimum of strictly necessary storage (such as your browser's localStorage to remember a draft order email). If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, we will present a cookie consent banner before they load.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated policy.
